COURSE DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as an Early Childhood Development Practitioner.
An Early Childhood Development Practitioner plans and prepares early childhood activities, facilitates and mediates learning, observes and assesses the progress of children, and reflects on learning in an inclusive, play-based environment to support holistic development of children (from conception – school going) in different centre-based or non-centre based settings.

ASSESSMEMT AND CERTIFICATE

Students will each receive archleaver files and shall continuously be assessed by means of Formative assessment and summative assessmet(, group assigments tests and / or assignments, etc.) by our experienced assessors. POE must be moderated and file should be deemed Competed for learner to be awarded a certificate

Learners will undego the following process to be deemed COMPETENT

Moderation x 2

Certification will be reprinted at the cost of R1150 as a result of learner negligence or loss of a certificate
