COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification has been developed for professionals in the food preparation industry (hospitality). It brings together elements of food and drink preparation as well as supervision. This qualification will professionalise the industry and is applicable to all sectors, from small restaurants to large-scale hotels. The qualification provides articulation with Gaming, Travel and other Tourism industries.

Cost R12 500.00 (vat inclusive) per individual payable in 4 equal instalments
ASSESSMENT AND CERT
Students will each receive arch leaver files and shall continuously be assessed by means of Formative assessment and summative assessment(, group assignments tests and / or assignments, etc.) by our experienced assessors. POE must be moderated and file should be deemed Competed for learner to be awarded a certificate
Learners will undergo the following process to be deemed COMPETENT

Certification will be reprinted at the cost of R1150 as a result of learner negligence or loss of a certificate
